How long are fresh eggs good for?Fresh eggs can stay out of the fridge for up to 3 weeks (even more). Once you put the eggs in the fridge they are good for up to two weeks or more. We always try to wash the very dirty eggs carefully but others are not washed. Believe it or not when you wash the egg you are removing a film that keeps the egg from staying fresh longer.
